HUANG Guofang – State Power
Investment Corporation
HUANG Guofang joined WiN in 2016 and was elected WiN China
President in 2023. She was one of the key organizers of the 25th
WiN Global Annual Conference held in China and chaired the
session of Cooperation in Nuclear. In 2018, she delivered a speech
on sustainable development with nuclear power as a vital player
at the 26th WiN Global Annual Conference held in Argentina. She
has been working on international exchange and cooperation in
the nuclear power field since 2004.
